Hi there! We’re Jeff and Steph, founders of Morgans Ice Cream!
Steph - Head ice cream dreamer, flavor perfecter and professional taste tester. Every single batch of ice cream has to pass her taste test and get 100% approval before being sold to our amazing customers! It has to be PERFECT.
Jeff - Everything else: the brains, the marketing, the sell. He’s our genius.
We are no strangers to the world of entrepreneurship. We opened our first coffee shop store front, Dwell Coffee & Biscuits, in 2014! So how did we jump from coffee to ice cream? Easy, ice cream is our love language! Stopping at local ice cream shops on all of our travels we knew one day we wanted to open our own!
In 2019 we sat in a local Fort Worth ice cream shop and told the friends we were with “If we owned this place we would…” and told them our dreams! Almost one year later, to the month, we were owners of the same ice cream shop! Absolutely WILD!
By mid-2020 we had taken over the shop, changed the name, completely rebranded, came up with our own menu and completely renovated the space! (Hey cutie FW shop, I’m looking at you!) And Morgans Ice Cream was born!
Fun fact: A question we get asked a lot - who is Morgan? It’s Steph!

At Morgans Ice Cream we are passionate about 2 things!
1. Our ice cream - creating our own unique flavors as well as putting our spin on classic flavors! That’s why you won’t see regular Strawberry on our everyday menu, but Strawberry Magic - because we like pizazz! We don’t back down on flavor either! No way, no boring ice cream here! In our 3 years of business we have yet to do a sorbet, ain’t nobody got time for that! (No offense sorbet or sorbet lovers, it’s just not our scoop of ice cream.)
2. Our amazing customers! We aim to please you all in any way we can! (Except serving sorbet, of course.) WE KID! Our job is to make you feel welcome, wanted and most importantly have you leave our shops with a smile on your face! Our team can’t wait to serve you!
